This section contains electronic versions of licences which are in force, listed by company.

The Complaints Handling Condition (CHP) in licences/SNRPs is being modified in two stages: CHP conclusions. 

  • The first modification relating to the complaints handling procedure itself took effect 1 April 2023: notice of modification.
  • The second modification relating to the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is expected to take effect in September 2023.

We will refresh all affected licences/SNRPs containing the CHP and ADR obligations once the second modification takes effect.

Consolidated versions of licences on this page are a guideline for reference only. They may not necessarily be the most up to date versions. If you want to identify definitive versions you should refer to our public register (that also provides details about any decisions or licences).
